Library Week 2018

University of Central Punjab library in order to celebrate the day arranged full week activities named *Library Week 2018*. On the first day of library week, Prorector UCP Dr. Muhammad Zafar Ullah inaugurated the book fair and Pakistan’s Founders Corner, where the pictures and book collection on Quaid e Azam and his companions is displayed. Director Libraries briefed the honorable chief guests and faculty members about the corner. During the said week speech and poster competition among the students were organized. A visit of students from Beacon house School systems was arranged. Library sessions with students from UCP business school were conducted as a part of library week. Closing ceremony was organized on Friday 27thApril, where gifts were distributed among the winners and top five library users. The event was closed with a cake cutting ceremony followed by a high tea with winners.
