ABOUT UCP

The University of Central Punjab came into being pursuant to Punjab Ordinance No. XXIV of 2002 promulgated by the Government of the Punjab on 10th April 2002. Behind University of Central Punjab stands the Punjab Group of Colleges with approximately two decades of meritorious services to the cause of education in Pakistan. The University Of Central Punjab is the first University in the Private sector in Punjab to have been awarded a degree awarding status by the Government.

The Punjab Group of colleges with its twenty-eight campuses in various cities of Punjab and with more than 25,000 students enrolled is the largest higher educational network in the private sector in the country.
